To log in, you will receive an e-mail invitation from Laucandrique to set up your account. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Communications and administration

Communication between the syndicate and the management company is essential to the smooth running of the building.

That’s why your customer area allows you to communicate with us using a messaging system. So you can follow the details of the conversation and talk to our administrative staff.

You can also update all your personal information via the “Profile” section.

From the platform, you’ll be able to consult your account statement, download your invoices and view the balance associated with your unit. What’s more, you’ll be able to view details of every transaction made to your account.

Board activities

You’ll be able to manage all the tasks associated with your administrative role directly via your customer area. What’s more, you’ll be able to approve invoices previously registered and verified by Laucandrique, view budget progress in real time and access various financial statements. You’ll be able to track common area reservations and approve those requiring validation. You can also use the platform to inform co-owners of upcoming events.

Work request

The Condo Manager platform lets you submit work and claims requests from anywhere. You can add photos or attachments associated with your request. You can also track the progress of work and actions taken in connection with your request.

Through the customer area, we are able to store all documents relevant to condominium owners. You will be able to consult them directly on the platform or download them.

Does your building have common areas that you can reserve? This function is for you. Consult all the information and regulations associated with the common areas available to you. You can also make a reservation yourself, from anywhere. It will be recorded and added to the calendar.
